Care & Maintenance
Proworks water bottles are not dishwasher safe and should be cleaned by hand. Wash the interior with hot soapy water after every use, rinse with cold water and store without the lid attached. For a deep clean, use bicarbonate of soda with water.

It fitted the bottle I originally bought perfectly
The lids were well made but didn’t fit either of my wife’s Emma bridgewater 500ml chilli bottles, too big!!
The stoppers are more difficult to use than the originals but do the job.

Not durable!
I didn't think I would be able to source a replacement stopper for my Pro Works water bottle so we'll done for having a range of spares
new stopper gave new life to the botle
I got this as a replacement lid for my 1L stainless steel bottle as I could hear water inside the original sealed lid & my water was starting to taste musty. I cleaned this new lid with hot soapy water before use & it has done the same - when I shake the lid there is water sloshing about which I can’t get out. I’m assuming this is some kind of design fault & I now have to bin the bottle & new lid.
My old lid was starting to leak and sometimes the top would spin and not undo, realy happy with the replacement thanks
The lids get a bit battered so great you can get a replacement!..

I ordered the wrong size, so I sent it back for a replacement which was received by you on 23/7/25, but as of 12/8/25 I am yet to receive the replacement.
