      Customer Reviews

      Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 5 reviews.

Thank you so much! I was really pleased to be able to replace just the lid after mine became damaged, as I absolutely love my Proworks Gen 2 1L bottle and there was nothing else wrong with it. I contacted the team to ask if it was possible to replace just the lid, and they responded incredibly quickly with a direct link to the replacement, making the whole process so easy. I hate unnecessary waste, so being able to repair my bottle instead of replacing the entire thing made me really happy. It's much better for the environment, and the excellent customer service made the experience even better. Highly recommend both the bottle and the support from the Proworks team - Diolch (Thank you in Welsh) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Gen 2 Straw Lid With Adjustable Handle

Much better design than the original lid the bottle came with & it saved me from having to scrap an otherwise perfectly fine 1l capacity bottle because the rubber valve had been lost from the old lid. Especially as they no longer do this particular dog design.

Gen 2 Straw Lid With Adjustable Handle

I think that the original looked and felt better. However it lost its rubber piece (the small one) so needed a replacement. It's functional and does the job, but again - the original was nicer.
