Need some meal ideas?
How about chilli, spaghetti with meatballs, soups, Bolognese or even warm wraps if you wrap them in foil. These are just a few but there are so many more options for you to find.
Top tip: Fill your food flask with hot water and let it sit for a few minutes. Then simply take the water out and dry the inside. This will heat up the inside of the pod and help keep your food even hotter for longer. Try the same with ice cubes and cold water to keep the flask cold for longer!
Care & Maintenance
Proworks water bottles are not dishwasher safe and should be cleaned by hand. Wash the interior with hot soapy water after every use, rinse with cold water and store without the lid attached. For a deep clean, use bicarbonate of soda with water.
